Guided Mountain Walks

Anna Lawford

I offer personalised mountain, fell and valley walks for 1 - 6 people.

Experience classic mountain walks, such as Scafell Pike, Great Gable, Helvellyn, Catbells, or explore a specific lesser known fell (perhaps to complete the ‘Wainwrights’).

A guided walk will set you free

to enjoy and explore the Lakeland fells with no concerns about route finding and navigation,

whatever the weather!

Walks can include a single summit or multiple peaks and ridges, perhaps with some easy scrambling; or be a gentle day, perhaps along a valley or lakeside taking in breath-taking scenery - if the weather allows!

Each walk will have its own character and interest, such as steeper rocky routes or gentle grassy tracks.

You may summit mountains or walk beside streams and rivers with plunging waterfalls; into hanging valleys, through ancient woodlands and rain forests, onto high plateaux with arctic flora...

Browse my gallery for images of wonderful mountain, fell and valley days.

If you have an idea of your preferred length and type of walk (easy, moderate or hard) but no particular destination in mind, I can suggest many varied and interesting walks to suit your experience and fitness level.

- or be inspired by the famous routes below:

The 'favourite' fell of many, with its special place in rock climbing history and with several classic ascent routes.

Catbells
